My carpet was clean and the drying time was just a couple hours. We are very satisfied. Brandon was our cleaning tech and he was GREAT he should be treated likethe best employee you have and take care of him. He had a GREAT attitude and he is the only tech I will use in the future. Thank you!!!!!
Our tech Omar was great with attention to detail. We have hardwoods in our common area and he held a cloth under the cleaning head. Will be using zerorez again and hope to get the same tech.

Very well done and professional
I liked the service tech the most. He called about 15-20 minutes before coming to let me know he was on his way. He did a great job with the carpets, he called to let me know he was about 15 minutes from finishing (I had to leave and get the dog out of here) and he even called when done to see if I would be back in time to inspect or if I had any questions. His name was Omar and he was really nice and did a good job.
Your technicians are both prompt and courteous! They do very good work and their objective to make sure that the customer is pleased after the work is completed. I have used you in the past and have been very pleased with both the product and the person who has actually performed the labor. I will be using you again.

My technician Tohmas Brooks did a wonderful job. The carpet looks brand new again! He was thorough in explaining how he would clean my carpets and was efficient and did an amazing job in a very short time frame. Even now, 2 weeks later, I still look at my carpet and smile! As soon as I can afford it, I will have Tohmas come back and do the rest of my house!!

The technician, Caleb, called and asked if it would be alright for him to arrive earlier than scheduled. He arrived when he said he would and did a remarkable job. I now can't think of using anyone but Zerorez.
