No soaps or solutions in the carpet.
The carpet smelled and looked very clean, and there was no grit or soapy feel to it at all. The carpet just looked great! I have used Zeroez before, and this second time use has been just as good as the first.

Only issue, it is a hassle for current customers to call/speak with a rep. Typically wait on hold for a few minutes, and am immediately greeted with a sales related question, referring to what service I want to book. It would be great if there was a different number or prompt for current customers.
