Two Zerorez specialist who came for my cleaning were fantastic!

We were very pleased with the professionalism and yet friendlliness of the men. The furniture and area rugs turned out great. We would definately use Zerorez again. This is the second time we've used them.

Service person called to advise that he when he would arrive. Arrived on time. Discussed the services I would receive; which matched with my notes and what I agreed to. No surprises.

Carpets are clean and you have guards to protect doorways and ballisters. The 15-30 minute notification before arrival would have been nice.

We think we have already answered this request, but really enjoyed the two young men who delivered our Chinese carpet. Cleaning was very well done, and we liked their pride in their work and in your company.

The woman who cleaned our carpet arrived close to the time agreed upon, worked consistently, and spent some time explaining your custom of returning if some of the stains became visible again. That returning to try again is a plus in my way of thinking. The carpet looked really good when she left, and I'm looking forward to it looking that way again. One of my rooms she cleaned had such stains that I thought would still be there when she finished, but they were gone and haven't resurfaced.

I like there on no chemicals used in cleaning the carpets. Technician, Aquarius, was quick, efficient, polite, and kept us informed throughout the process.

I like the cleaning and feel my carpets get cleaned without stains coming back. However, I was pushed hard to do a pet enzyme treatment which I didn't want and know I didn't need. Initially, the tech declined to do the service but called the office and was told to perform the service I wanted and not more. Also, in the past when I get my hallway done the carpeted stairs leading up to the hallway are also done. I didn't realize I needed to specify that service so he didn't clean my stairs going to the hallway. I would love someone to come back out to perform that service.
