We are very happy with the product but it was the technicians who made the experience outstanding!! Tim (carpet guy Tim) was AMAZING and he is an asset to your company. Very knowledgeable and explained the process very well. But he went above and beyond with being a genuine person. Moving is extremely stressful and any help is appreciated. We were painting the house and on a deadline to finish before move in. I told Tim we'd be in the basement painting and he asked if I needed anything else. Jokingly I said "you can help paint haha". After his technician was underway with the carpet cleaning he came down and joined my family and grabbed a paint brush!!! I am very grateful that he was the employee that showed up at my house that day.
My carpets are so clean and feel so soft. They''re 20 years old and look almost brand-new. The service man showed up within the time window and was very polite both times we had our carpets done.
