Arrival time was during the scheduled window. While we had a few pieces of furniture that were too heavy for us to move out of the way, it had been recommended to us that we place plastic sliders under them. We were even told where we could buy them. we fully expected to help the Zerorez person to move them during the process. Instead he moved them himself. Many thanks for the extra help and the carpets looked amazing - all the heavy stains were completely gone. The carpets looked brand new!

the office was very personal. the urine smell is completely gone and the color is brighter, great job. the driver and his helper were great, very nice young men.

The service people are very polite and efficient. The rugs felt clean after everything had dried and there was no strong smell. We were having thunderstorms and I worried that power would go out in the middle but Cole allayed our fears saying everything would be fine.

Where do you want me to start??? The technician was professional, friendly, focused. Michael worked with me to ensure that the carpet in the house would look as wonderful as possible given the truth that the carpet is 30 years old. Afterwards, I knew this would be a service I would use again and that I would highly recommend, and already have, your product, the Empowered Water, and your service, Michael. I have dogs and have worked very hard throughout their lives to minimize their exposure to allergens and harmful chemicals. I wish I had done this sooner.
