Benjamin was very polite, and worked very diligently to do the best job possible. He went back over spots that I asked him to. He left my house without dirtying it in any way.
The only thing I didn't like is tying up the drapes in loose knots to keep them off the floor. I'm not sure what a better solution might be, but by the time the carpets were dry and I could let them back down, they were very wrinkled for the pictures I had made today for listing my home.
This is the second house in which we have had the carpets cleaned, and they came out great! We think Cole is a great tech, and he was very friendly and courteous, plus a quick worker!
