Carpet's appear to be much cleaner and smell was light not over powering. The service person, Michael was very nice and professional. We received a time window of arrival and a 15 minute call before arriving. After showing Michael the rooms to clean. My daughters room had a few areas of makeup foundation on the floor. He wasn't sure if those spots would remove especially since one of those spots we tried to clean ourselves. We were given a quote much higher than I was told over the phone. They did say over the phone depends on needing extra cleaning, such as pet stains, etc. we did not have pet stains, it was the cost of scotch guarding. I would recommend that the company before hand would just put that out there in the initial call. Let the customers know if you like to add a rug protector it's x amt of dollars per room. Only need to that every 3 years. Overall, the carpets look amazing,the makeup is gone, service guy was wonderful. I would have zerorez clean again..
