Nelson was our awesome technician!! My only complaint is that the hoses scuffed up my wall a bit in a few different areas. I did not love that since we just had the walls painted, but the manager offered to give us a complimentary enzyme treatment in each room which was much appreciated. Just do something about those hoses! I have blue marks on my walls.

Especially appreciated the ease of setting a convenient time to have our office carpet & tile cleaned. The technician
arrived exactly on time, was very personable and courteous to our staff. He quickly assessed everything that needed to be done and finished the job more quickly than we expected. The carpet that was a disaster now looks almost new & smells nice and fresh. Will definitely call Zerorez again BEFORE we let the carpet get to that disaster stage again.
