Brandon was professional, honest (showing me my HVAC ducts were clean so didn't really need cleaning), and explained things clearly without pressuring me to purchase services or filters (although I did decide to purchase lifetime filters for both of my HVAC systems). He and Adrian did a good job cleaning out my dryer vent.
