All the technicians called beforehand, which was very much appreciated, and they arrived precisely when they said they would. All were extremely courteous and respectful, wearing "booties" before entering and attending to business promptly. Both the duct group and the carpet representative did their job(s) expertly and to our complete satisfaction.

The technician was very friendly and fully explained the process and all services available. For the age of the carpet, the cleaning was good and the carpet seemed to get a little fluffier. The only downfall is that the front door needed to stay open during the whole process. Although this is understandable I did have a few wasps in my house after the cleaning.
