The technician was very efficient and pleasant. He walked through the rooms prior to cleaning and explained exactly what was involved in cleaning the carpet. Upon completion, he also walked the rooms, again giving explanation what was done. He instructed us to place the fan or air conditioner on to allow the carpet to dry. Full explanation was given about the entire process of cleaning the carpet. We do appreciate his professionalism, and diligence in getting our carpets clean. I will definitely recommend Zero Rez to everyone.

They were in and out cleaning 4 rooms quickly. Some stains just can't be removed. Don't like being upsold to try to remove stains. Overall good experience.
