We truly appreciate how clean the Zerorez process gets our carpets, the efficient way in which the technicians work - they take the time to look over what needs to be cleaned, they are very informative as to the process that is going to take place, offering information as to what they see along the way. They explain additional options and services well but do not pressure. They care about my home, assuring that the condition of my home is BETTER than it was upon their arrival. AND I never have to clean up after them.

We had 3 bedrooms, hallway and 15 very dirty stairs. In 45 minutes, the rugs looked almost new! Thanks!

I had excellent service the day my ducts were cleaned. Three men arrived and I named them #1, #2 and #3(not good with names). They were all very friendly, took the time to explain everything they were doing. Kept me informed during the whole process, and generally treated me like family.Great job....

Good job on the carpet and tile. Good work and attitude on the hardwood floors but I asked for a satin finish and I got a semi-gloss finish. Your worker says it's a satin finish but it is much shinier than the satin finish on the existing floors.

I like the fact that your cleaning process does not leave any soapy residue.

The carpet appears to dry faster. There are no overwhelming floral or unnatural odors to deal with later ( that may bother my pets or small children's allergies). I especially like the communication on the technicians that call before coming and keep you updated if there has been any changes.
