The technician was very efficient able to answer all my questions and worked to complete the job in a tI melt manner. The fact that there are no chemicals used was a real plus for me.

Lovely to have a clean, fresh smell with no chemicals. Also, hats off to my technician, Will. He was friendly, kept me up to date as he was working and made sure I inspected when he was finished to see if I was satisfied with the quality. He was on time, too!

The tech did a get job, very nice young man. Only complaint and not really a complaint is when he dragged the hoses through the house, there where several areas in which water puddles where not wiped up after he was gone, I'm glad I was there to wipe up or we may have had major issues. Other than this issue he was a very polite and professional young man.

The technician was very polite and friendly. He came in and got the job done in only a short time. All the carpets look new and very clean. I highly recommend them!

The process is unique and very efficient. It takes the stale odors and removes unwanted spot uniquely.
