Guys do a great job

It really works. - no residue to collect new dirt so carpet stays clean longer. Techs are professional and courteous - get right to work. Customer service very friendly and helpful too.

Technicians were very professional & their customer service was too notch. Our hvac ductwork had never been cleaned but wasn't that dirty after all. Either way it has eased our minds that they were mold free & are cleaner than they were before Zerorez arrived, especially since they run through our crawl space. I would definitely recommend Zerorez for this service.

Customer service and efficiency of the service. Rosie was excellent at explaining in detail the process and the product (high alkaline water)they use to clean the carpet.
