The first technician (who I have used twice, second time upon request) did an outstanding job both times.

I requested same technician for my 12/5 cleaning but another technician showed up. He said that my requested technician was off on Tuesdays, so I decided to give the new tech a try.

Although he was very nice and polite, he did not do as thorough of a job as the first tech. He was in and out in no time. The first tech took a little more time to clean my carpet and put in more effort on the cleaning.

If I had known how it would have turned out, I would have waited for the first tech to be available. It's not only what you clean with, but the effort put into the job. The first two cleanings I would rate "excellent", but the third cleaning was what I would grade no better than "average". I was disappointed.

Easy online scheduling. My service tech was awesome and on time. He had great attitude, was friendly, and took pride in his work. Overall, very pleased with everything. Only thing I find silly is the +/- $15 trip fee. Why not just add that to your turnkey ad price? Is there ever a time where you don’t have to make a trip to clean someone’s carpet? Doesn’t make sense. That kind of pricing structure sort of lumps you in with shady type carpet cleaning businesses. Just say your price. It’s either worth it or it’s not. But that’s easily overlooked when you do a good job. Very pleased and will have you back again.
