1st, Bobby, the technician, was very professional, considerate and knowledgeable.

2ndly, I strive to not add any more toxins to my environment than occur as it is. Zerorez addresses my concerns and was recommended by the company which sold me my carpet.

I agreed to the added the enzyme treatment to address the oils and dander from my 3 dogs. The area smelled clean for 24 hours...after which time, I left town, leaving the pups behind with a "in house sitter". When I arrive back home, 2.5 days later, the house smelled strongly of "dog"....not worse than before the cleaning but certainly not better. I then plugged in an ionic air purifier and the room started smelling better again. I think the enzyme cleaner made a difference but am on the fence as to how much of a difference. I can still smell "dog". It had also been a year since the last cleaning....and think that every 9 months might be more realistic.

One other comment is with how long it took the carpet to dry. The service was completed by 11:30....and I had guests over that evening at 7:00. The carpet was not "completely dry" by then tho "dry enough". To help with the drying, I used floor fans and turned the AC to 74 with the dehumidifier to 50....both much lower than I use on a daily basis.

The technician was here when he said he would be. He did a very nice job and my carpets look like new. Although whatever he sprayed on the stains had a bit of an odor, it quickly dispersed. I'm glad I called Zerorez.

The price is a bit higher than other carpet cleaning services however the quality of service is top notch. Service techs are prompt and accommodating. Did a terrific job removing carpet/pet stains.

my technician Mike was a genuine person. I felt like he was telling me what I really needed for my own house and not just a sales pitch. My carpet looks amazing. It wasn't too wet afterwards and I'm extremely pleased. Mr. Mike Jones is a big reason for that.

Technician was very professional. He went through the order before he started to confirm the job and managed our expectations. He had concerns about cleaning the club chairs, sent pics back to the office and in the end did not clean them because they thought it would leave water marks. While disappointing, I appreciate the care and concern. Put corner guards to protect them from the hoses. Wore booties over his shoes. He was just great. Carpet looks awesome.
