I like how fast and easy it was to set up an appointment. The technician was quick in getting the carpet cleaned. I had 3 small ink dots from a printer on the carpet and while the carpet was wet it looked like they were gone. The next morning I have a large ugly blackish gray area and I am not sure what can or should be done. Other than that I am very pleased with the service.

Technician did a great job cleaning my carpets. He took his time to protect surrounding areas from getting banged up by equipment. He even set up a couple of fans to start drying process while he was cleaning other rooms. I’m very happy with the service provided.

Job was done very well, carpets were clean. My only complaint was the $15..00 service charge. I have used Zerorez for quite a while and when the service charge came into affect gas prices were at their peak and was told that when prices go down the service charge would be gone as well. No surprise but the service charge is still there and now the company policy is that this fee is to pay for our trucks. Pitiful this is where this company has gone. I think your product is above average so why belittle yourself by not just increasing prices and not calling this a service charge. Gas prices went down and now your phone people are calling it a truck fee charge. Quit insulting our intelligence and drop the fee or increase your pricing. I am already looking for another company that can be more honest with me and more competitive with pricing.
