Zerorez was easy to schedule. The wonderful zerorez guy was very friendly, showed up on time, seemed knowledgeable and answered all questions before beginning. He was quick but efficient and was able to get out stains we both didn't think would be possible. Zerorez was easy to work and did a great job. My carpets haven't looked this good, ever to be honest.

Michael was actually early which I like that. Extremely friendly and personable and got right to work once the got set up. His work ethic was excellent and being friendly at the same time. The product you sell is a pleasant change from traditional carpet cleaning especially the citrus smell of the cleaning rather than industrial laundromat which others have smelled like. Over all I cannot say one thing that was a surprise or did not go well in choosing your company. I will use you again and have recommended you to several people i know who were asking after the cleaning was done for my opinion. No complaints here.
