Called to confirm appt and mentioned that they could come early, how often does that happen? Then their technician arrived and he was great! Knowledgeable and friendly, made the hour or so he was here a pleasant experience. And now, 24 hours later we are looking at our carpets wondering why we didnt do this earlier.
