I was very pleased with the courteous service provided. Your technician was very respectful of my home being sure to protect floor surfaces with shoe covers, wall corners with pads, and then to clean my hall and living room floor where the hoses ran. He also addressed my concern with drying time because of how thick my carpet is by using two fans in each room as he moved about the house. Thank you.
