It is incredibly easy to schedule an appointment. The technicians are right on time. They call in advance. They are friendly and knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. They also wear booties. The two who came to my home (Mike and Pride) could not have been nicer.

I thought the technician did a good job and he was personable, courteous and professional. My only negative comment would be that the carpet was still wet 24 hours later in the places that were heavily soiled. I placed towels down on those areas and tried to absorb the water and then put a dry towel down on the areas because I didn't want to walk on damp carpet with our shoes on. The rest of the carpet was dry in about 8-10 hours. The carpet looks good and I am pleased with the results.
