I haven’t seen the finished product of my rugs being cleaned yet, so I can’t evaluate that.
However, I can report on the way I was treated at ZeroRez when I dropped the rugs off! The first fella got my key fob and immediately brought the rugs in. The second fella, Brian, the manager, had another fella measure the rugs right away. Together they evaluated the procedure needed to clean the rugs—pet stains! Brian explained it all to me in laymen’s terms, the costs, the drying process, and wrapping when finished. All three fellas were such honorable gentlemen. Brian is most knowledgeable and a prince of a fella!

Typically dries very quickly and hard to get stains noticibly lighter. This time 2 tries at one room and stain turned from gray to orange. Not satisfied with outcome of that room still.
