My tech was awesome! Explain everything and took his to get it all done in a timely manner. Please share note with techs , I told the appointment person to make sure he uses Waze to get to my home ... none of that was translated or transferred to the tech. Still a great experience!

Used Zerorez to clean a large sectional couch in our den. Technicians arrived on time, were up front about costs, and very friendly. They were able to get out several stains on our sectional and left it looking practically brand new! We are very happy with the results and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend the treatment for odors!

Very efficient. I think Jarvis did a better job than any tech with Zerorez has before!! Cleaning is reasonably priced, but the pet treatment was too expensive - $90 is way to high for any treatment.........$30-40 is reasonable. It doesn't take any more time (very little time to apply it) and the product is not expensive. You would sell the service in a much higher volume at a reasonable charge.
