The carpet cleaning is absolutely astounding! We thought our 20 year old once beige now dirty dishwater grey carpet was hopeless. However, ZEROREZ cleaned our carpet and an amazing beige carpet reappeared. It was like a miracle. Then the special enzyme process removed all of the pet urine smell that had turned our home into a kennel. Even though I tried to clean the urine spots with a home Hoover steam cleaner, the urine smell returned each time. How annoying is that? Thanks to ZEROREZ, we can enjoy our home again.
No soapy residue after cleaning. Carpet doesn’t get dirty quickly after cleaning. Stains do not come back. My carpets still look new!

This is the second time I've used Zerorez for carpet cleaning and the first time for duct cleaning. I love the way the carpets feel and the lack of wetness is a PLUS. The duct cleaners were super guys right on time and really sucked my ducts clean. Also proactive for future issues that I may have had.
