However, on the negative side. Contracting your hardwood floor services didn't work out so great this time. "Helen" and I agreed on a date and time. The date arrived, a medical emergency popped up at my house so I called Helen and rescheduled for two days later. Well, I have yet to see Helen and she will not answer my calls. While I certainly hope that all is well with her, I would not use that service again.

The technician was professional, on time, efficient, wore shoe covers, and explained the process and outlined expectations. Hot water extraction is the only way to clean carpet properly. My carpet feels and looks new again.
