I focused on Wednesday and waited most of the day then realized that Wednesday was actually Oct 2d and your plan was to deliver the rug the 2d of Oct, Thursday not Wednesday as your text stated.

The service was great.Amber is a terrific person and honest. She was very helpful, and I can't say enough about her. However, I recommend when doing online pricing that all of the items are included, and not left off the quote. When you have a code to enter to get a price, dont add a "service fee" of $16 to it when the person comes onsite for the job. That gave me a thought of deception. Put the fee in at the time of quote. You will have repeat customers. I was considering having my parents house cleaned but now I am rethinking.

Technicians were great!

Was disappointed in the difference between quote and what was actually charged day of. For the duct cleaning, extra charge for unit size and to clean blower.

For the carpet cleaning extra charge to get rid of “urine” stains/smell.

We just purchased this home and are trying to get moved in. If I had more time I would have turned away the service and looked for a better quote. Surprise add ons are frustrating and would have preferred knowing all my options before the tech was on site.

I am giving a 10 because both technicians were great.

I can now say that Zerorez is one of the most honest and trustworthy companies I have ever dealt with. On October 4th two servicemen, Brian and Maliki, came to clean both my furnaces. I was quoted a reasonable price over the phone for that service. They examined my furnace and took photo's of both to show me their condition. Both my furnaces were completely clean. They reported the truth me and informed me that I did not need to have either furnace cleaned. They showed me where some bacteria had accumulated in air ducts. I paid to have that cleaned, which saved me $400.
Those men could have lied to me and claimed to have cleaned my furnaces and I would never have known any difference. Instead the were honest.
I will always call ZEROREZ for my cleaning needs and will refer them to everyone I know. I am still astonished by their honesty and great customer service. The customer service provided via phone was also excellent. My air ducts are clean and my air is healthier.

I first used Zerorez when I lived in Las Vegas. When I moved to Georgia, I was so glad when I found out that they are located here as well. What I like most about Zerorez carpet cleaning service is that they do not use any harsh detergents or chemicals. There is no odor during or after the process. The technicians are very skilled at what they do and knowledgeable about their products. Every time I use them, I feel like I get my money’s worth.
