It has only been a week since I had the carpets cleaned but so far I haven't seen any of the spots return! My carpet is very old and it looks so much better after having Zerorez clean the rooms I had them clean. And the carpet feels so much nicer on our bare feet now. The technician who cleaned the carpet was really nice and explained the process well.
