Clean smell

The excellent customer service from the tech; the excellent job that he did on my carpeting and stains and he explained facts about the carpet to me. Added to that he was personable. Couldn’t ask for more.

Zerorez did both an excellent job with the carpets and the vents in our new house! While they missed a few vents, they came right back out to finish the job! Our carpets had a black outline where furniture used to be from the previous owners. After cleaning, all of the spots are gone and the carpets look new and don't smell!
