Great tech who completed the job on time and with a real concern for quality. This is our 3rd cleaning with Zero Rez. One thing kept it from being a 10. Have requested help last time and this with some much need carpet stretching near a new door. Have left messages on the confirmations but no reply thus far. I at least need a referral. It is a small job but a serious tripping hazard. HB
