Our 20 year old carpet looks brand new after a visit from Zerorez!! And this is with 2 kids and 3 pets.

I've had my carpets cleaned on two different occasions and although they are old, the technicians are able to bring them back up to a really clean carpet.
Just had Zerorez clean the air ducts in my home too! I was at work but my grown son was there and said the two techs did a fantastic job and were very professional.
I received an email the next day with photos of all the vents, before and after.
Very pleased with the services rendered by Zerorez and the cost. Would highly recommend them to everyone reading this review.

Floors appear clean and techs were courteous and polite. They were on time and the communication between customer and company is very good. Don't really like the price of the spray that was used to eliminate any pet odors from accidents though.I paid more for the spray that was squirted on the carpet than the cost of the whole cleaning job. I think that cost could be better.
Other than that I will still continue to use zero-rez to clean my carpets.

I had two rugs picked up for cleaning. Professional, timely and friendly service. If the rugs turn out as great as the service your pick up guys provided, I'll be a customer for life!
