Technician did a good job and was friendly and helpful. Our only problem was the dry time. We thought it would take 4-8 hours to dry and it actually took more like 48 hours to dry. We still have a couple of areas that are damp - areas that were heavily soiled and took longer to clean, therefore were probably wetter. We hadn't counted on the 4 to 8 hour dry time, so it didn't matter to us, but if someone had guests coming, it could be a problem if carpets were not dry as anticipated.
They did a fantastic job! Moving into a house in which the previous owners had pets. All pet stains and odors are gone. Thank you!
