Carpet looks and feels great. The guy did a great job. Just a point to make he didn't have any foam pieces to put under the furniture while the carpet was drying. Should alway have those on hand foe the customers.

Carpet was cleaned thoroughly and dry time was just at 3.5 hours. Technician was also nice and explained what would be done before he started. Free bottle of spot cleaner that I received is also an added bonus.

The technician was very professional and courteous. We inquired about an additional service and at no time did he make a hard sell about the service. He contacted his supervisor and then provided the price and allowed my wife and I some time for discussion before our decision. I appreciated the lack of a hard sell which led to our decision to go ahead with the extra service.
