Prompt professional service. The carpeting in my rental house had some unauthorized pet stains. The Zerorez technician walked me through the process and showed me the goo that was coming out of the carpet and the pad underneath. Bottom line, he was able to save the carpeting with his treatment! It now looks good as new!

My technician Walter was great. He did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the job he did. He was on time and very professional.

The person who handled the work was very customer oriented and respectful. I almost turned her away because no one informed me that doing area rugs meant they had to take them for a few days. I was not happy about that but the gal really tried to resolve the problem and basically talked me into continuing with the service and she was able to dry clean the area rugs and wet cleaned 2 outside. That is who I am giving my 10 to.

Customer Service from Zerorez is the best! Thank you Jonathan! Also we would like to comment on the extraordinary service given to us by your technician, Randolph. He had been our technician for several years and does an outstanding job cleaning our carpet. Randolph has a mindset of knowing what needs to be done in the way of cleaning and treating special hard to clean spots. Several years ago we were ready to give up on ever having our carpets look clean again. We tried other methods of cleaning but nothing compares to Zerorez.

The young men that came to my house were very polite, made sure they cleaned up everything when done. I would use them again.

Technicians are polite, on-time and knowledgeable. I've tried other, cheaper options, but Zerorez is the only service that keeps my carpets looking great for up to a year. There is no other option if you have kids and pets and still want clean carpets!

The Zerorez Technician, Redareus Jolly, did an Excellent job cleaning my carpets.
He had Pre-treated some Old Pets stains, and performed a deep cleaning in those areas.
He said that if any returned, please call them for a retreat.
Most stains were removed, but one reappeared in one week later.
I called back to Zerorez and scheduled a retreat.
Redareus Came back and removed the stain which we think our dog made in the same spot.
Everything looks Great Now.

I like zerorez cause they were very easy ,quick, and after i hired them one of the employee spilled a large amount of coffee and tried to cover it which made it worse. I called them to do another job, after i explained what happened they came back to clean it for free. I was very grateful for that.

Love the customer service, if ever there’s an issue they work with you to correct it.
