I have only used Zerorez for carpet cleaning and this fall I used them to clean the ducts. However, the techs discovered that we had mold growing in the ducts. They presented a solution to destroy the mold. They were efficient and explained how the unit would work. We had the unit installed as the mold was the immediate problem that needed to be corrected.
