I was incredibly impressed by how well my carpets came clean & by the 30 day guarantee. The couple of spots that came back were readdressed & are currently still clean. The technician was fantastic & honest about the above mentioned issues that would return, so I wasn’t caught off guard by anything.

The customer service was excellent. My technician worked hard to make my carpet look like new. He even provided me with education on how to maintain the cleanliness of my carpet and explained what he would be doing every step if the way.

My carpet was cleaned better than most previous cleaners. It dried pretty quickly, and after having people over walking around it still look clean. There are a few stains that was cleaned but came back after a day or two.
I will definitely use your service again.

I absolutely love the 30 days guarantee. I wasn’t please with the look of my carpet after its first cleaning so I called and Zerorez send another tech out who did a great job! The best thing is, Zerorez did so without any Hassles, long waits or excuses. They delivered great service....I would definitely recommend Zerorez!!

I definitely spent more $$ than I had budgeted, but overall I'm happy with the final product. And Shawn was friendly and knowledgeable.
I do wish he had marked the living room floor with a couple of pieces of tape before the rug was removed. Myself and the delivery guys had a hard time pin pointing exactly where it had been before. And while it seems like it would be simple to figure out , we missed the mark on the first one and an inch or two makes a difference when the furniture is put back in place.
