My carpet was in really bad need of cleaning. I was amazed at how clean and bright it was when the technician finished. Obviously the specially powered water is the best product available for cleaning carpets. I am very pleased with my clean carpets. The technician was very professional, cordial, and provided me with all the pertinent information I needed to know. I have already recommended Zerorez to one friend and will continue to tell others what an excellent job you folks do.

The technician gave a lot of attention to detail that previous technician didn’t do. He definitely cared about me getting a good result. He recommended pre treatment because of my dog. Carpet looked great and smelled really good

What do you like about our products and services?

This was my first time using the products and service of Zerorez and my experience was awesome. Terell and Thomas greeted me with a smile and a friendly handshake. Terell recommended that I get a deep clean to remove the stains and dirt from the high traffic areas and it worked quite well. My carpet in every room look and smell very nice. I highly recommend Zerorez to my family and friends. Great job! I will definitely call you back in two weeks to clean my other bedroom, iving room and tiles.

The high PH Alkaline water cleans very well without the use of soap. Its leaves my carpet fresh and clean with a film and almost dry.
