I've used Zerorez several times, but this was the 1st time a black light was used to show the soiled areas of the carpet. I appreciate knowing, however on top if the basic cleaning, I was totally unprepared for cost of treating the areas and per room. The cost for treating soiled pet areas actually caused me to expedite the replacement of carpeting.

The specialist was prompt, thoroughly explained the service and the results I should expect. When he completed the service he made sure I looked at each room and my satisfaction was the most important part of the service in his works. Great company and I will go to them first when I need cleaning services.

Our sofas were so incredibly clean afterwards and there was no residual smell. Also, you could sit on them very soon after being cleaned. The Zerorez person who came to our home to clean was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Wonderful service all around!
