My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with the services you provided us!! The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They called in-route to assure us they were on their way. As soon as they arrived, they accessed our system that needed attention. They set up the equipment and began work immediately. They also took time to answer my questions concerning the process, which I greatly appreciated. They completed both units in a timely manner!! I asked if they could clean out the dryer vent. They were gracious enough to gain permission and fulfilled my request! All equipment was put back in the van. Upon completion of their task, they presented the itemized bill and duties that were performed, and both were signed by my husband. I have told my friends and family, and even "everybody at Kroger-where I shop" about the wonderful work Zerorez Atalanta performs!!! Thank you!!

The person that came to the house (I can't remember her name) went above and beyond with my problematic carpets. And was also a very good salesperson as I got 2 more rooms and a staircase then I originally signed up for.
