Excellent customer service, Tech was quick but efficient.

I think this was the fourth or fifth year in a row I've had Zerorez clean carpets and upholstery. I am happy to recommend Zerorez because they do a good job, using products that do not leave a residue and that have minimal odor. Everything looks cleaner and smells fresher.

The technicians who come to the house are very careful to evaluate before they clean and explain what they will do. They set up equipment to prevent damage to corners and the wear protective gear as they walk through the house.

This year the technician who cleaned is named Carlton. I don't think I got his last name. He was friendly, thorough in his explanations and recommendations, and efficient with his time. He did a great job cleaning carpets and upholstery.

The technician showed up when he was scheduled to show up. He (Chuck) was very knowledgeable and courteous. He obviously takes great pride in his work and the outcome. Stellar customer service. Our carpets look great!

The Zerorez service was excellent and the technicians did a great job. There are a couple of high traffic areas that I feel could have used a little more cleaning, but overall, the carpets were cleaned well.

The clean water you use, the professional cleaning done and courteous hard working employees. The only thing I don't like I felt the urine treatment was very expensive.
