Carlton, our technician, was very professional and clear on how the Zerorez technology and process would work prior to starting the project. Moreover, he let me know upon completing a room / area so I could inspect and understand how stains had been cleaned. Also, prior to starting the project, he reviewed the plan and asked for my concurrence. Overall, he was excellent! I would highly recommend him and Zerorez.

He paid attention to details during the walk thru and simply did a fantastic job!
