Great customer service. Kept informed of process entire time technicians were here. Daniel and Michael were great and very courteous. Daniel was very respectable to keep me informed of any loud noises as we have a special needs child. I appreciate him keeping her in mind and knowing that there might be something to trigger her. Daniel was great in showing us the photos of the air ducts and giving us suggestions on what we should or should not do.
The technician was great! Chuck was friendly, personable and very informative about the cleaning process. He did a great job and showed us his progress along the way. We’d request or recommend him in the future.

I liked the convenience of getting a quote online and booking online. Customer service was impeccable - prompt and accurate. They said they would confirm the appointment (which they did), call 15-30 minutes before the technician arrived (which they did), and estimated a 1.5 hour service time (which was accurate). Technician did a great job of balancing building a rapport with us, explaining to us what he would do during the walk-through, and efficiently completing the service. I didn't feel like anything was overly rushed or overly drawn out. Overall the service was thorough and efficient, and as someone with limited time who is very busy, I very much appreciated that.

Technician was pleasant spoke well very articulate giving me instructions on what he would do and what my expectations will be at end of service was dedicated making sure I was pleased and then gave me bottle of stain remover.
I will definitely include Zerorez in my budget for the next cleaning in 6 months.
