The technician was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to be doing and what order he would clean the rooms.
What I did not like was that no one stated they did not move furniture or that they would need to use our water. This is something the company needs to advise their customers when they call to schedule service.
I love the person who did my carpet cleaning. His name was Deparr, and he is the person I want to have from now on. He did a wonderful job, he was very personable, and he was much superior to the last person from Zerorez who cleaned my carpet. Deparr made my 11 year old carpet look almost like new!

In the long term, your treatments help maintain the carpeting in my business, so I will not need to replace it as often. So it's a good value. Also the treatment is fast and we can walk on it immediately, so downtime in minimal. Scheduling is easy and your field people are great.
Everyone was very professional and up front. I wish there was more information online about what extra charges could entail, because the price we ended up with vs. the original price listed for cleaning on the site was astronomically higher. Ultimately, the rooms we treated do look cleaner but everything still smells like pet urine even with the specialized treatments. Unfortunately, I understand this may mean my problem is only going to be fixed by replacing carpet. I have no problem with the cleaners or the company and understand they did their job properly. I just would have rather saved $500 toward replacing the carpet instead.
