Been a few years since we had you all come out...only because we just put it off...
But were very pleased both times & this time happy with the results considering the spots
& stains were really bad this time from neglect! But our tech Chris did a fabulous job!!!
He was Professional and I was relieved to see him wearing a mask, gloves & shoe covers considering with the COVID scare we have NOT had anyone to enter our home at all.
Chris was able to get all but about 2 spots out of our carpets and I was shocked he was able to get them that clean! Will tell our friends and I already referred a friend who used u all and was also very pleased with results. Thank u ZEROREZ !!! First name removed O.

ONE NOTE:
We did use the 3 rooms & FREE Hallway Coupon $109 and she told me when I called of extra charge... no problem with that FEE of like $16 BUT........
I did ask for a few small rugs which increased total but I asked Chris if he would be doing our closet and he said yes he could. I was surprised they charge for the closet because our
"walk in" is SO TINY... literally one small strip of carpet....
I thought last time the tech included it as part of the room no charge???
So we came out with a TOTAL of $198.00
BUT.... still satisfied overall. Your Techs really do a great job!
Still ok but just probably need to make the separate CLOSET charge more CLEAR to customer.

The technician was very professional and did a wonderful job getting up mud stains we had. He did a wonderful job explaining all the services.

Love zerorez! My only "complaint" would be is that I wish the techs did identical work. When China came out, are carpet looked BRAND NEW when she was done. The tech that most recently came out did a good job too, but you can definitely tell the difference in the eye for detail.

I have used you before and you were the only one I thought about using for the second time since I was so pleased before. Great job again!
