We have used Zerorez for our carpet cleaning for several years. The final condition of the carpet is smooth, does not have an order and the texture of the carpet is soft. It also stays clean longer. The technicians are on time, clean and polite. We had Ivy as our technician to clean the carpet. She was awesome. On time, courteous and gave instructions for caring for the carpet, e.g., placing furniture back on the floor, etc.
