So glad we had our air ducks and dryer vents cleaned by ZeroRez. We moved into a house that had been vacant for almost a year. With the pollen in Georgia, normal dust & mold, breathing clean air is very important to us. The before and after pictures confirmed we were wise in our decision. How efficient the product is.

The price was jacked up from $129 to $325 and I only had 2 very small rooms and one hallway cleaned. No furniture was even moved. Only took Zyman 30 minutes. Called customer service and was disconnected. Called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and got a recording. Derrick called me back and wasted my time with his hot air. He actually told me the size of the room didn't matter, nor did the price decrease with only two rooms and a hallway. Fat chance on ripping me off again. I'd love to talk to the owner. You know, the one that does a commercial. Guess what the $325 is going to get you? You're going to get a whole lot of advertising and word of mouth. I hope this helps others thinking of using your company, especially since I'm on disability and live in a 55+ community.
