The texh did a really great job cleaning the carpets.

Terrance was very friendly and professional. He listened well to our questions and gave knowledgeable and appropriate answers. He wore a protective face mask and covered his feet and hands while quickly cleaning our carpets. He also ensured our walls were not damaged by using plastic wall guards on the walls. He ensured no stains were left on the carpets by placing plastic under the legs of furniture, as needed. Lastly, we appreciated that he cleaned our carpets well in a quick and timely manner. He gave us accurate time to wait for our carpets to dry, which was 4-6 hours. Terrance used no chemicals on our carpets and was very knowledgeable about Zerorez and it's products and services. Both installers were very professional! They weren’t on time, they were early. I was expecting a 12-3 pm arrival time, but they got here at 11 am with the approval of the office. They were done by 1 pm. They showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts and dryer vent.
