They are punctual. The technician was polite and told me exactly what was needed and the price before he did the work. The carpet looked amazing after the enzyme treatment which was put on prior to the carpet cleaning. He worked really hard. It was rental property and had not been cleaned in almost 2 years.

My carpet is over 35 yrs old. We don't want to replace our carpet until we no.longer have our dogs. So the technician did an excellent job, fresheningng up by leaving a great fresh aroma plus, the carpet was bright with no lasting spots. We've had other companies to clean our rugs, but Zerorez is the Best.

I had several pieces of furniture that needed to be cleaned. Tyler arrived on time and did an outstanding job. He explained the process thoroughly and difference between what should be dry cleaned and what should be wet cleaned. The couch had bad stains on it and I was skeptical about whether your product would be able to remove them. The couch along with the rest of my furniture looks brand new! Thank you so much!
