Everything was fine. The only thing I think looks bad in my opinion is the rep walked the whole house with me, then had all of the lines and equipment strung through the house upstairs like ready to go, then came back and approached me about the extra costs because rooms too big, etc. for an extra $100.00. I think that should be completed and agreed after the initial walk through and before everything is dragged through the house. I don't know if the idea is a customer is less likely to say no if everything is in place already?? Just a small thing, but you asked.

The young man that came to our home was very nice and professional. He did everything that he needed to. There was one spot I should have call you'll to have him come back to touch up but I was sidetracked and forgot to call in the time frame.
