My technician was a great communicator, kept me updated every step of the way. He was prompt, thorough and professional- he also wore a mask and was very conscientious about safety and virus mitigation which I really appreciated during this current epidemic. My carpets look great!

Both crews that came to do work (duct and carpet cleaners) were well spoken, clean looking, presentable, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. I felt open to ask questions and was given satisfactory answers. They all represented your company very well.

-the carpet was clean and not sticky or stiff afterwards. They dried in the time I was told. He gave suggestions as to helping keep them clean and dry faster.
-the house smelt clean after the duct cleaning and I really liked that photos were sent of the ducts.
-Suggestions as to if or when another cleaning would be necessary in the future.
-they appeared to have no issue with me watching them work or checking what was being done. This showed me their confidence in their work and abilities.
-both crews reiterated that if I was not satisfied that I should call and/or they would come back

Onsite customer service was great. Ended up dry cleaning my sofa to sanitize it, followed by Scotch Guard. It looks great and we are very satisfied.

I liked the ease of making an appointment. The technician, Vance, called 25 minutes before he arrived and was here at exactly the appointed time. He is an incredibly pleasant young man and I would think is an incredible asset the the company. He explained in detail what he would be doing and shared the quote for the job before he started. It was exactly what I had been quoted online when I made the appointment. All in all, it was the very best of service and I have nothing but accolades for Vance and the company.

MY SERVICE WAS GREAT, REP WAS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID A GREAT JOB. ALSO, ZEROREZ DIDNT LEAVE ANY WET SMELLS OR MOISTURE THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. IT DRIED QUICKLY AND ALL OF MY STAINS WERE GONE.
