We’ve used “Zerorez” before and they’ve always given us great service, and if we’ve ever had a problem (which was only once) they came to correct it. The techs are knowledgeable, cordial and professional. Last but not least, the results are remarkable! We are afraid to use anyone other than “Zerorez”, because we know that they won’t deliver the way they do.

I have been a long time customer and the last guy that came out used a new machine with some type of roller on it A day later I noticed different patches of carpet missing on a few steps.I have spoken with a manager and emailed in pictures and you guys have not taken any responsibility. My carpet did not have missing pieces of carpet prior to you guys coming .I will never use or recommend again. B.Last name removed

Loved the service and the knowledge of Terrence, our carpet cleaning specialist. He went out of his way to explain the process, offer extra service, and was extremely honest with what was possible to clean and what wasn’t. He was great, we never felt over sold or pressured to buy anything we didn’t need. And our carpets feel clean, not stiff like they did with Stanley Steamer. We will definitely call Zero Rez again and hopefully get Terrence since he was excellent!

The technicians, Mike and Ryan, were very professional, courteous and task oriented. Mike actually did the cleaning, as Ryan was in training. Mike explained what we could expect from the cleaning and he did exactly as stated. We are very pleased with the thorough cleaning and the finished look of our "clean" carpets. This is actually our 2nd experience with Zerorez and we intend to share our great experience with others. Keep up the great work Mike and Zerorez!

The person who cleaned my carpet was excellent.

I was very happy with the result of the service . Even though the young man tried to upsell me on things I did not want he was polite, respectful and stopped as soon as I explained this was all I wanted. The carpets looked great and he did a good job.
