Great service and techs are always nice. This is my 2nd carpet cleaning with Zerorez.

We recently had our duct work cleaned and sanitized. The experience couldn't have been better. The team arrived as scheduled. They were polite and respectful of our property. When they finished and left, you couldn't tell they'd been here--except for the clean smell.

They discovered mold in our system and did the work to abate it. They also provided us a long term solution with a UV light inside our ducts to prevent its reoccurrence.

What I really appreciated was that I was working in my home office at the time they arrived, they were quiet and knocked on my door before they came in.

We bought this home 2.5 years ago. I wish I had done this service much sooner as the before pictures showed a thick later of dust throughout and shiny clean when they finished.

The cleaning cost MUCH less than I expected and I am thrilled with the result. Clean air throughout my home. Great work Zerorez!

Jerit and Ryan were very professional and respectful. Jerit is very knowledgeable on best solutions for my cleaning needs. For example, suggesting I do a safe chemical treatment to assure all pet dander and hair are removed from my carpet. I did not realize cleaning the carpet alone, might not get all the pet dander out. With my daughter in law being highly allergic to animals, I am so glad Jerit guided me accordingly. My carpet looks great!

Your cleaning technician notified me before arriving and arrived within the specified time.

Before starting to clean the rugs, he took time to inspect the areas that were to be cleaned and asked if I had any questions.

As each room was almost completed, he asked me to see the “before and after” and upon completion, he asked me if the cleaning was to my satisfaction.

Your cleaning technician was polite and was careful with the equipment as he brought it into my house; he wore shoe covers and a mask to keep himself safe.

Carpet cleaning

My technician was very professional and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He wore a mask, gloves and foot protection, so, I had no concerns about COVID-19 transmission.

Prompt polite and wearung PPE. That made me feel safe.
