Chris was the employee that did our carpet service. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He took the time to educate and was very kind. I will definitely use this service again and will recommend to anyone that is looking for a reputable service. Funny thing is my sister in law came over two days following and saw the companies card laying out. She said this was the company she was going to recommend for us as a friend of hers and mom had previously used and both were very happy with their service. Thank you Zerorez we are very happy and I feel 100x better with my kids being on the carpet after getting a new puppy 1 year ago and treating all the accidents that come along with that!
