Watched a movie in comfort, clean
The new theater is beautiful, spacious, and a wonderful movie experience.
PLENTY OF STAFF TO ASSIST.....ALL WERE VERY FRIENDLY, WELL TRAINED AND HELPFUL !!! EVEN PARKING WAS CHALLENGING, BUT EXPECTED, AND DEPUTIES WERE HELPFUL!

Reclin chairs
The location was new and clean. The screen and theater seats were nice and comfortable. The new interactive kiosk for picking up tickets was a smooth and easy process.
Getting tickets was super easy. The chairs were very comfortable and bigger. The isles were wider, which made walking to the middle to sit was easier. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Seats are very comfortable and the arm rests were perfect to fit your drink and popcorn. The entrance to buy tickets was fabulous(no more long wait in line to buy tickets). The refreshment stand to get a refill on drinks and the restrooms are placed in the middle of the theater rooms are awesome. (much faster to get to during the movie)
Staff was super friendly and the reclining chairs were really comfortable.
Excellent AVX projection, very comfy, wider seats with large armrests. Very friendly Customer Service staff.
I like the new chairs in the theater(not the recliner, haven't tried those). Aisles seem wider to walk through. Everything about Casablanca seems more spacious. I also like the new kiosks.
I love the theaters themselves; especially the variation of movie experiences--big screens, recliners, dine in, etc. Suggestions for improvement:
- HALLWAY BENCHES! No place to sit while waiting for screen to open.
- Auto flushers in restrooms.
- Request servers don't ask for signed receipts during climax of film. Alamo Drafthouse collects after film is over.
Did not think it would be better than Palladium but it is by a wide margin

It's new, so we went the 3Rd day of opening it was a little crazy but I loved everything I saw so far
It was a nice modern feel to the theater. I like the reclining seats and the service.

Beautiful Theater, Great Location, Great customer service.. Had one of your employees help us with finding a movie time and then while waiting in line at resturant/bar area had employee that was in line to order food, ask us if we were enjoying our time there at theater. Made the first experience great!! Def, will be back to this theater!!

I enjoyed the seating and the ease of getting thru the doors to our theater. Great experience. This will be my new theater of choice. Now we just need to improve the parking situation.
Automated system for ticket purchasing, the bowling/bar area, the Star Wars game in the arcade, and the extra leg room in the theater...that's key for letting people get by.
Installations are great. But why if I'm paying to watch a movie on a big screen not all the big screen is in use. What is the point of the big screen if you don't use it.
